Job Title: Corporate Services Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to lead our corporate services functions. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the management of corporate services that support regulatory outcomes and contribute to the achievement of our objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Corporate Services function through continual improvement of processes and systems to ensure consistency and quality in line with best practice in government.
  • Develop, implement and maintain strategic and operational frameworks, programs of work, and procedures that deliver corporate activities across the agency.
  • Lead, manage and provide strategic advice to support human resources, finance management, and other organisational responsibilities.
  • Negotiate and manage service level agreements and contracts, and support risk related activities and functions of the agency.
  • Provide high quality, accurate and timely advice and recommendations, including briefings and reports to senior executives.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired objectives and outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior corporate services management role and understanding of government best practice.
  • Proven experience in leading, managing and supporting human resource functions, financial management functions, and other associated organisational responsibilities.
  • High level experience working with senior executives, with the ability to collaborate, support, provide strategic advice, and demonstrate exemplary leadership and people management skills.
