We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a construction cadet. This 12-14 month program is designed to provide you with the opportunity to learn and grow alongside experienced tradespeople.

Throughout your journey, you will complete the required Units of Competency to obtain the Erection of prefabricated metal-framed home additions and structures licence in NSW.

This is an excellent chance for someone who is eager to begin a career in the construction industry to gain hands-on experience and develop a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will work closely with professional tradespeople to gain practical knowledge and skills.
  • You will be involved in all aspects of the patio industry, including learning about different construction types and techniques.
  • You will receive dedicated support throughout your training and employment.
  • You will be responsible for completing Units of Competency to obtain the relevant licence.
  • You will develop a strong work ethic, being punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
  • You will be committed to finishing your cadetship and pursuing a career in construction.
  • You will work outdoors on various construction types, developing your ability to work in different environments.
  • You will be part of a team and demonstrate attention to detail.
  • You will need to hold a driver's license and have reliable transport.
