Job Summary

This is a leadership role that involves overseeing the operations of a regional shopping centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic alignment, operational excellence, and team performance.

About the Role

The Centre Manager will lead the centre's strategic direction and ensure alignment with broader objectives. They will manage operational teams to deliver high standards in presentation, compliance, and risk management. The role also involves driving financial performance, building strong relationships with retailers, stakeholders, and community partners, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the centre's strategic direction and ensure alignment with broader objectives
  • Manage operational teams to deliver high standards in presentation, compliance, and risk management
  • Drive financial performance through budget management, income generation, and debtor control
  • Build strong relationships with retailers, stakeholders, and community partners
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards
Requirements
  • Current Real Estate License/Certificate of Registration (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing a regional shopping centre in Australia
  • Strong knowledge of Retail Leases legislation and the Trade Practices Act
  • Excellent numeracy and communication skills
