Key Senior Property Manager Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled and ambitious professional to develop leadership skills in a supportive capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor, coach, and advise the team daily
  • Mentor PMA's
  • Attend and contribute to monthly 2IC meetings
  • Coverage when required to deliver and manage weekly meetings on behalf of the Team Leader
  • Assist the Team Leader with portfolio coverage where necessary in team absences
  • Generate and circulate specific KPI reports to their team alongside Team Leader
  • Provide feedback to management of process improvement opportunities
  • Build positive and productive relationships with clients and communicate regularly
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
