About this role:

Programmed is seeking a Registered Nurse with strong experience to care for complex needs disability clients in the Forde area. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

This position requires flexibility with a 7-day, 24-hour rotating roster. You will work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and overnights, offering a range of scheduling options. The ideal candidate will be available to work 35 hours per week, spread across these shift times:

    AM: 06:00-13:00

    PM: 13:00-20:00

    ND: 20:00-06:00

You must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a comparable role
  • The ability to provide two professional references from paid employment
  • Your own reliable vehicle
  • A valid driver's license, car registration, and insurance
  • A National Police Clearance Check (completed within the last 12 months)
  • Proof of Australian working rights (passport and/or birth certificate)
  • A Work with Vulnerable People Check
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (two doses minimum)
