About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Public Relations Account Coordinator to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in PR and gain valuable experience working with senior team members to support client campaigns, enhance media relations, and contribute to strategic PR initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about clients, their industries, and competitors, and stay updated on client trade publications, national/regional news outlets.

  • Develop skills in digital strategies, business development, and client communications by creating actionable client communications materials such as status reports, campaign summary reports, general activity reports.
  • Leverage technical writing skills to draw up client communications materials under guidance and supervision.
  • Participate in team and client meetings, and share and present views internally and in front of the client.
  • Learn proprietary tools such as Digital Catalyst Cards and the Creative Catalyst Network.
  • Monitor media coverage of clients and support the account team on daily administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate press materials and events such as press kits, releases, and press conferences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Listen attentively during client meetings and suggest ideas to senior team members that could lead to new business opportunities.
  • Assist senior team members with research, case studies, and other materials for client presentations, new business proposals, pitches, and industry award submissions to drive business.

  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure profitable business operations.
  • Familiarity with proprietary tools and software used in the PR industry.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
