Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans to ensure timely and successful OEM launches.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product development, technical implementation, sales, and compliance, to drive launch execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively resolve issues that may impact the launch timeline or quality.
  • Track and report key milestones, dependencies, and KPIs to stakeholders.
Operational Management:
  • Oversee dealer onboarding and training for each OEM launch, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Document and implement operational processes that are repeatable, scalable, and optimized for efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for OEMs, dealer networks, and internal teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Integration and Compliance:
  • Support technical integration with OEM systems, dealer portals, and lenders, ensuring data flows and workflows are validated and compliant.
  • Collaborate with Product and Compliance teams to develop and maintain regulatory-compliant operational processes.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Analyze lessons learned from each launch to inform future project improvements.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
