A key aspect of your role will involve evaluating treatment and rehabilitation needs for workers who have suffered work-related or non-work-related injuries, or have experienced debilitating illnesses.

You will conduct assessments such as initial needs, workplace evaluations, ergonomics, and activities of daily living. Additionally, you'll perform specialist functional and pre-employment assessments for corporate customers.

One of your primary responsibilities will be to help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.

  • Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers.
  • Conduct assessments including initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics and activities of daily living.
  • Conduct specialist functional and pre-employment assessments for corporate customers.
  • Help clients identify future employment or training options.
  • Coordinate client progress toward return-to-work goals.

We are seeking candidates who hold a degree in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Occupational Therapy. Graduates must be eligible for AHPRA or ESSA accreditation upon graduation and be willing to obtain a current Working with Children Check and national criminal clearance. A full drivers' license is also required.
