We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a key leader in the kitchen. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supervising staff in your absence and ensuring smooth service delivery.

  • Delegating tasks to kitchen staff to meet service demands.
  • Liaising with restaurant colleagues on menu items, changes and availability.

  • Managing kitchen costs effectively.

Requirements:

  • Relevant culinary qualifications and experience in a hotel environment.
  • Knowledge of safe kitchen equipment operation.
