Care Service Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver in-home and centre-based services as funded through Commonwealth Home Support Program, Home Care Packages, and other funding sources.
This role involves leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team, monitoring and reviewing service delivery to meet individual client needs, undertaking regular risk assessments, and implementing a continuous improvement approach.
