Lead Manufacturing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our team at the Gold Coast Steel Workshop. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process, managing staff, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Your primary focus will be on supervising the factory floor, overseeing production schedules, and coordinating with teams to achieve set targets. You will also be responsible for conducting quality control checks, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of managing teams, experience in manufacturing or a related field, and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records.

The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to read plans, use hand tools, and possess a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be proactive, a team player, and willing to learn and adapt to new processes.
