Job Title: Risk and Compliance Advisor

This role involves identifying risks, auditing operations, and ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices.

As a key member of our HSEQ team, you will partner with leaders across the business to drive risk management and compliance initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting internal audits and supporting external audit activities
  • Monitoring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal business requirements
  • Developing and maintaining policies and procedures related to risk and compliance
  • Maintaining and monitoring the business risk register
  • Analysing data and preparing reports for senior management
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks

Requirements for this role include:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a compliance or risk role
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks
  • Auditing certificate and hands-on auditing experience
  • Strong communication, influencing, and analytical skills
