Job Title: Operational Delivery Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Delivery Lead to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will lead the delivery of four discrete projects within our grant management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver project plans for four system workstreams.
  • Act as the conduit between vendors and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
  • Identify and secure resources required to deliver project outcomes.
  • Prepare and present updates to senior leadership.
  • Engage across the organisation.
  • Manage financials with strong commercial acumen.
  • Provide operational leadership, ensuring risks are managed and outcomes are achieved within scope, time, and budget.

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Operational Delivery Lead in ICT system enhancement or implementation projects (ideally grant management, CRM, or SaaS platforms).
  • Proven ability to liaise between vendors and business stakeholders, translating technical requirements into business outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management across all organisational levels.
  • High level of financial and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and project resourcing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, able to influence and drive delivery.
  • Experience working in a complex, regulated environment.
