We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our dynamic team at Kirinari Community Services. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities in our supported independent living accommodation settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities, including domestic and personal care assistance
  • Assist customers to access and engage with their community
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, families, and colleagues
Requirements
  • Ability to work shift work, including regular sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays
  • Resilience, confidence, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screening Check prior to commencement
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn software programs
  • Current driver's license
