Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate early childhood educator to join our team in a temporary part-time opportunity.

About the Role:
  • Work in accordance with the Child Safe Standards, National Quality Framework, and curriculum frameworks.
  • Plan and implement play-based programs in collaboration with colleagues.
  • Document children's learning, development, interests, and abilities, including setting individual and group goals.
  • Establish warm and intentional interactions with children as a key learning strategy.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of curriculums within the learning program.
  • Enjoy dedicated non-contact time with mentoring available for thoughtful and purposeful programming.
About You:
  • Hold a Diploma of Children's Services or equivalent, recognized by the relevant education authority.
  • Have relevant experience working in children's services in line with Child Safe Standards, National Quality Framework, and curriculum frameworks.
  • Demonstrate understanding of Victoria's Child Safe Standards.
  • Be able to self-manage work requirements in liaison with centre leadership.
  • Able to work collaboratively with other early childhood educators to provide culturally sensitive and inclusive educational programs.
  • Hold current and valid certificates, including Working with Children's Check, First Aid Level 2, CPR Certificate, Anaphylaxis Management, and Emergency Asthma Management.
