Job Description:

In this challenging role, you will oversee the entire supply chain process for a leading manufacturer in Melbourne. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end responsibility for procurement, inbound logistics, warehousing, material planning, and inventory control.

You will manage the procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables, ensuring the highest level of service while maintaining a lean mindset across the supply chain function.

Your duties will also include handling import orders, custom clearances, and associated documentation. You will work closely with sales, production, and customer service teams to ensure optimal inventory accuracy and customer service.

A key member of the S&OP process, you will attend weekly meetings and liaise with all areas to achieve business plans on time within budgeted costs.

You will also be responsible for developing new products, sourcing reliable and quality ingredients, and working with the NPD committee.

To succeed in this role, you must have hands-on experience with ERP systems and be able to generate and optimize reporting systems for asset utilization and resource optimization.
