Our organization seeks a skilled Senior Textile Designer to contribute to its team in a flexible 4-day-a-week position.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop textile designs from concept to final artwork, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and seasonal direction.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to interpret trend insights, create original and commercially viable designs, and mentor junior designers to enhance creative output.
- Anticipate market shifts, balance creativity with business objectives, and deliver designs that inspire and motivate.
- Relevant degree or qualification in a related field, e.g., Textile Design, Graphic Design, Fashion Design.
- Substantial experience in textile design, ideally within activewear, intimates, or lifestyle categories.
- Proven ability to lead the design process from concept to delivery, balancing creativity with commercial needs.
