  • Utility Coordination :
    • Collaborate with utility service providers (electricity, water, gas, telecommunications, etc.) to manage the relocation, modification, or installation of utility services.
    • Ensure seamless integration of utility operations with the overall construction timeline, minimizing any potential disruptions.
    • Evaluate and authorize utility design plans and drawings, ensuring they meet project specifications.
  • Project Oversight :
    • Create and oversee the utility work schedule, ensuring alignment with the broader project timeline.
    • Track the progress and effectiveness of utility-related tasks, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
    • Collaborate with the project manager and other team leads to resolve any issues or modifications that may affect utility operations.
  • Technical Leadership :
    • Offer technical direction and assistance to the project team regarding all utility-related issues.
    • Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of utility services, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

    • Demonstrated experience collaborating with various utility providers and managing intricate utility relocations.
    • Comprehensive understanding of utility regulations, standards, and best practices.
