We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Event Specialist to curate, program and deliver high-impact events across our partner venues.

Your Impact

As part of our on-premise marketing program, you will be responsible for creating unique and tailored events that bring venues to life.

This is a fast-paced role where project management, creativity and communication are key. You will collaborate closely with our Trade Marketing, Sales, Brand and Venue teams to ensure every event runs seamlessly.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement event concepts and strategies
  • Book talent in the music, comedy, sports and entertainment fields
  • Engage with third-party promoters and event managers
  • Coordinate and distribute marketing assets
  • Create value for customers by driving additional footfall for venues
  • Partner with venues to engage the right staff and third-party providers to execute events smoothly
  • Liaise with internal teams to deliver events and amplify branding
  • Manage event budgets, supplier payments and invoicing

About You

  • Proven industry experience and strong local knowledge of Sydney's entertainment, music, sport and talent landscape is essential:
  • Demonstrated experience in talent booking and event management
  • Sales and/or marketing experience
  • Ability to manage internal and external relationships
  • Knowledge of digital and social media marketing
  • Business case development and understanding of creating value
