Are you a data expert looking for a challenging role in Asset Management? Aurizon, Australia's largest rail freight operator, is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Asset Management Data Insights and Reporting Specialist. This critical role will involve establishing and overseeing data governance standards and policies to ensure the accuracy and integrity of asset and maintenance data.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or significant experience in a similar role. Proficiency in data management and governance practices, with extensive knowledge of data governance principles, is essential. Expertise in data analysis, with experience using data and reporting systems, will also be beneficial.

In this role, you will:

  • Data Governance and Standards: Design and implement data reporting procedures to monitor asset management processes, asset performance, and maintenance practices.
  • Data Framework and Standards: Develop and maintain a data governance framework and standards that uphold the integrity of asset management and maintenance data.
  • Actionable Reporting: Provide actionable reporting and metrics to support continuous improvement in maintenance planning and asset performance monitoring.

Aurizon offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
