Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Transformation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of financial systems and processes, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Systems Implementation: Lead the implementation of financial systems, including planning, execution, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Change Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to ensure user adoption and system efficacy.
  • Project Management: Manage timelines, budget allocation, and vendor relationships to ensure project delivery on time and to budget.
  • Process Improvement: Utilize agile methodologies to design, test, and implement process improvements across the Finance team.
  • Training and Development: Run training sessions to drive change and build a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide ongoing reporting and executive summary views of our delivery, performance, and projections at a senior level.
Requirements
  • 8+ years' experience in Finance change management/project management/agile.
  • Must have experience implementing a finance software within a financial services or banking organization.
  • Experience leading large-scale projects using agile methodologies.
  • Experience implementing a FP&A system highly desirable.
  • Proficient with financial accounting software and FP&A systems.
  • Expert in change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and influence a variety of internal stakeholders.
  • Strong execution discipline and service mindset that ensures effective and efficient delivery.
