Job Title: Systems Analyst

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our ERP platform, supporting and enhancing systems that drive critical business processes. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain ERP systems, with a focus on the TechOne platform and its modules, to optimize business efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing support for databases, ensuring smooth data manipulation and system operations, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify inefficiencies in business processes, working to automate and optimize them, and implementing process improvements.
  • Manage and prioritize support requests, ensuring timely resolution and reducing recurring issues, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Mentor IT team members, sharing expertise and contributing to team skill development, and offering training and guidance to staff to maximize ERP usage.
  • Stay up-to-date with ERP system enhancements and engage in special interest and user groups to drive platform improvements, and contribute to the development of best practices.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Proven TechOne experience with any module, with a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities and limitations.
  • Willingness to work on-site 5 days a week, with the ability to commute to the location, and a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Expertise in developing and supporting ERP systems, with a focus on business process improvement and optimization.
  • Strong experience in migrating and improving business processes using ERP platforms, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring and training team members, with a focus on skill development and knowledge sharing.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and high-level competence in software applications, with a strong understanding of business processes and systems.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT or a related discipline, with a strong foundation in business and technology.
