Job Title: Systems Analyst

At Hudson Australia, we are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our ERP platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • ERP System Development: Develop and maintain ERP systems, with a focus on the TechOne platform and its modules.
  • Database Support: Provide ongoing support for databases, ensuring smooth data manipulation and system operations.
  • Business Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to identify inefficiencies in business processes, working to automate and optimize them.
  • Support Request Management: Manage and prioritize support requests, ensuring timely resolution and reducing recurring issues.
  • Mentorship and Training: Mentor IT team members, sharing expertise and contributing to team skill development.
  • ERP System Enhancement: Stay up-to-date with ERP system enhancements and engage in special interest and user groups to drive platform improvements.
Key Selection Criteria:
  • Technical Expertise: Proven TechOne experience with any module.
  • Availability: Willingness to work on-site 5 days a week, with the ability to commute to the location.
  • ERP System Development: Expertise in developing and supporting ERP systems.
  • Business Process Improvement: Strong experience in migrating and improving business processes using ERP platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to foster positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mentorship: Demonstrated experience in mentoring and training team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and high-level competence in software applications.
  • Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT or a related discipline.
