About the Role

Civica UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the deployment of our ERP system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and implementing complex enterprise ERP projects concurrently.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the execution of individual projects within the program, ensuring consistent project management practices across all projects. You will also provide guidance and support to project managers, manage interdependencies efficiently, and facilitate regular communications and meetings with program stakeholders.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in successfully planning, managing, implementing, and deploying complex enterprise ERP projects. You will need to have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage various ERP deployment projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to project managers, ensuring consistent project management practices across all projects.
  • Manage interdependencies efficiently, ensuring successful results.
  • Facilitate regular communications and meetings with program stakeholders, managing their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in successfully planning, managing, implementing, and deploying complex enterprise ERP projects concurrently.
  • Strong background in project management, with a focus on ERP system deployment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency.
  • PMP or equivalent certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
