**About Our Graduate Program**

We offer a 2-year rotational experience with diverse projects and professional development opportunities.

The successful candidate will complete rotations across various business functions, contribute to practical and challenging projects benefiting the community, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders and teams.

As part of our Melbourne Metro Water Graduate Partnership, you will engage in tailored learning activities to develop leadership, business skills, resilience, and agility.

Additionally, you will receive ongoing support from rotational teams, mentors, and the Learning & Development Team.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Completed undergraduate or postgraduate degree within three years of January 2026 in Engineering, Information Technology, Digital, Business, or Arts disciplines
  • Australian Citizen, New Zealand Citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident with permanent working rights
  • Residency in Victoria
  • Positive attitude and flexible approach to managing changing priorities
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills
