Graduate program offering a 2-year rotational experience in water services with diverse projects and professional development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Complete rotations across various Greater Western Water (GWW) business functions.
• Contribute to practical and challenging projects benefiting the community.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and teams.
• Participate in the Melbourne Metro Water Graduate Partnership for development and networking.
• Engage in tailored learning activities to develop leadership, business skills, resilience, and agility.
• Receive ongoing support from rotational teams, mentors, buddy-system, Executive Leadership Team, and Learning & Development Team.

What you'll need:

• Completed undergraduate or postgraduate degree within three years of January 2026 in Engineering, Information Technology, Digital, Business, or Arts disciplines:

• Salary from $83,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation.
