**Job Overview**
We are looking for a skilled Liverpool Range Conservation Program Manager to lead our conservation efforts in the Little Liverpool Range Initiative. The successful candidate will have expertise in developing and implementing cross-boundary landscape conservation programs, working closely with landholders, community groups, and research organizations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and report writing skills, with experience in managing partnerships and collaborations. A tertiary qualification in Environmental Management, Natural Resource Management, or a related field is essential.
**Responsibilities**
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for cross-boundary landscape conservation
- Facilitating the coordination of key environmental management activities on private land
- Coordinating events, volunteer activities, meetings, and landholder property visits
- Preparing educational materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Managing social media platforms and promoting the initiative's objectives
- Preparation and review of grant applications, including leading the delivery of funded projects
- Mentoring research students from local universities and developing relevant research projects
**Benefits**
This is a permanent part-time position working 2 days per week, with a salary commencing at $85,139 (pro rata) plus 12.5% superannuation.
