Lead with Purpose

We're seeking a dedicated OSHC professional to oversee daily operations, design inspiring programs, and help create a welcoming, inclusive space for children, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of our Before and After School Care and Vacation Care programs ensures a safe and enriching environment.
  • A dedicated team of educators is led by you, inspiring and supporting them to bring out their best.
  • Innovative, play-based programs are developed and implemented to cater to our children's interests and needs.
  • Strong relationships are built with children, families, and the school community, fostering a sense of belonging.
  • Compliance with all relevant regulations and standards maintains a high level of care and safety.
  • The service is promoted within the local community in alignment with the vision, mission, and values of the organization.
Requirements of the Role:
  • Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
  • Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.
  • A strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place.
  • Previous childcare service management experience.
  • Proficiency in childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
  • Demonstrated leadership skills for team development.
