**Sales Director Role Overview**: We are seeking a highly skilled sales director to lead our team in driving business growth and expansion.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and relationships.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Provide sales training and guidance to team members to ensure high levels of performance.

 

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

 

  • Business-to-Business Sales Experience:
  • - Minimum 4+ years of experience in business-to-business sales, preferably in information technology sales.

 

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Enterprise-Wide Issues Understanding:
  • - Proven ability to understand enterprise-wide issues and structure innovative solutions that provide marketing decision support to global organizations.

 

Industry Knowledge and Travel Requirements:

- Good understanding of the issues faced by C-level heads of Sales and Marketing.- Solid industry-specific and account knowledge.- Ability to travel regularly to meet with clients and attend industry conferences.
