
Inventory Manager Position Available

Job Overview
As a Stock Controller, you will play a vital role in managing inventory levels and ensuring smooth stock distribution to our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with the procurement team to reorder products timely and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems to track stock movements and provide real-time inventory reports.
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and logistics departments to forecast demand and adjust stock levels accordingly.
- Develop and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize losses due to theft, damage, or obsolescence.
- Liaise with retail store managers to address stock-related issues and provide solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with the distribution centre to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to the retail stores.
- Analyze data to identify trends, forecast demand, and prepare reports for upper management.
Skill Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex processes and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize competing demands using strong organizational and time management skills.
- Retail background ideal.
