Job Summary
We're searching for a skilled and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our team. In this diverse role, you will be based front of house on Reception, while also having elements of Facilities Administration with a variety of responsibilities and activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they sign in and out using the visitor kiosk.
- Manage visitor and temporary access passes.
- Manage supplies and stock levels for items associated with Reception.
- Update and maintain records and data as necessary for Facilities Operations.
- Manage conference room bookings, moving meetings, and changing schedules.
- Report faults and problems to the Facilities Manager and assist with the upkeep of the office.
- Provide events support as required.
Requirements
To be successful, you must be outgoing and personable with a desire to provide quality customer service, providing a warm and engaging environment as people enter the office. You'll be a collaborative team player who solves problems hands-on and can prioritize and juggle various responsibilities. You'll show adaptability and flexibility in changing situations.
For this role, you will need experience in Reception, Administration, or exposure to Facilities Management. A sound knowledge of IT packages is essential.
