Project Oversight and Delivery

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple construction projects from start to finish. With a diverse project pipeline including luxury residential and commercial developments, this role offers the opportunity for hands-on professionals to take full ownership of their projects and drive them to successful completion.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. This is a key position that requires collaboration with stakeholders, team management, problem-solving, and driving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure all work meets building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Anticipate and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years in a similar role.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills to inspire teams and maintain site discipline.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction techniques and relevant regulations.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
