Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced security professionals to join our team in a key onsite role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing security services at Stockland Burleigh Heads Shopping centre
  • Supporting all tenants, guests and visitors
  • Building key tenant relationships and managing access
  • Responding to client requests in a timely manner
  • Ensuring the safety and security of the site
Requirements:
  • Current QLD Full Security Licence, including crowd control
  • Apply First Aid Certificate
  • Provide a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
  • Previous experience in Retail Security is welcomed but not essential
  • Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to take ownership of service delivery
  • Excellent presentation and corporate-appropriate appearance
  • High-level problem-solving skills
  • Ability to respond to emergency situations
  • Valid work rights in Australia
  • Ability to work shifts up to 12 hours
  • Availability across 7 days/nights
