Descom Consultant is a trusted local provider of building and pest inspection services in Perth. We assist homebuyers, investors, and property owners by delivering detailed reports, expert guidance, and dependable service. In addition to inspections, we offer high-quality construction and renovation services backed by a certified and experienced team.

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in managing customer inquiries, securing bookings, and fostering long-term client relationships.

**Role Overview**

The Sales Representative will be the first point of contact for new and existing leads. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset to successfully convert inquiries into confirmed inspection bookings. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings by identifying client needs and communicating service details
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and property managers
- Manage the sales pipeline using Zoho CRM, ensuring all records are up to date
- Coordinate inspection schedules between clients and the inspection team
- Send booking confirmations, invoices, and reminders in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements to lead handling procedures
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence (daily commute to Gosnells office required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, real estate, or a related field
- Proficient in CRM software; Zoho CRM experience is highly regarded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
- Professional appearance and strong attention to detail

**Desirable Qualifications and Experience**
- Background in real estate, construction, or property services
- Familiarity with the building inspection process
- Formal qualification in Sales, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline
