We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team as a leader and mentor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of clients with varying levels of disability and provide high-quality therapeutic services in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Provide supervision and mentoring to graduate and early career Speech Pathologists.
  • Maintain awareness of current legislation and guidelines related to the disability sector.

Requirements:

To be considered suitable, you will have:

  • Current registration as a Speech Pathologist.
  • Experience beyond graduation (3 years minimum).
  • Leadership capability and excellent time management skills.

  • A desire to mentor graduates and early career clinicians.
