Key Requirements:Qualifications:
  • Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) or equivalent
  • Relevant pastoral or theological study
Your Experience:
  • Demonstrated understanding of teamwork within complex organizations
  • Understanding of pastoral and spiritual needs relating to our service recipients
  • Demonstrated empathy and affinity with vulnerable individuals
  • Demonstrated understanding of the distinctions between Religion and Spirituality
  • Familiarity with various faiths, including Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, Islam, Buddhism, Sikhism
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including moderate computer literacy
  • A passion for driving social change and contributing to an influential organization for the disadvantaged
