Job Overview

This role involves providing meaningful pastoral care services to individuals in our care across the region. The position requires using established values and culturally sensitive principles to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the pastoral care team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate and relevant documentation and reporting.
Essential Criteria
  • Qualifications:
    • Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) or equivalent.
    • Pastoral or theological study.
  • Experience:
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within large organizations.
    • Understanding of pastoral and spiritual needs.
    • Empathy and affinity with vulnerable individuals.
    • Distinction between Religion and Spirituality.
    • Familiarity with diverse faiths, including Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, Islam, Buddhism, Sikhism.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
    • Passion for social change and contributing to a socially responsible organization.
