Design Documentation Specialist Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Design Documentation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring sales documentation is submitted complete, in the required format and in compliance with company guidelines.

  • Provide pre-deposit sketches and enhancements to assist consultants in closing sales
  • Assist sales teams in securing new sales by suggesting efficient solutions to help customers get what they want within variation guidelines
  • Review designs/documentation provided by sales teams to ensure it is clear and complete, and resolve any anomalies before sale acceptance
  • Ensure sales documentation passed to Sales Operations can be worked on efficiently with no further clarification needed
  • Identify repetitive requests for product variations and recommend development of standardised options to address frequently requested changes

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a Diploma of Building Design & Drafting or equivalent, at least 3 years relevant experience in Australian Residential Drafting, strong design ability, and excellent communication skills.
