About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Draftsperson with expertise in ArchiCAD and residential construction. You will be part of a high-performing team responsible for producing accurate documentation and coordinating with consultants.
Key Responsibilities- Complete drafting tasks within agreed deadlines and resolve matters with your manager.
- Commission reports and technical information with external consultants and follow up on delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending innovative building methods or materials.
- Liaise with the team to ensure designs meet compliance, functionality, and aesthetic standards.
- Advanced ArchiCAD skills with experience in residential drafting.
- At least 5 years' experience in the residential housing and construction industry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing construction documentation.
- Tertiary qualifications in Drafting and/or Design highly regarded.
- Proven ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines.
