Chief Academic Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead our learning team.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of innovative learning programs aligned with the Victorian Curriculum.
• Collaborate with teachers to design and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely feedback to parents and guardians.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Relevant teaching or educational leadership experience, preferably in Catholic education.
• Strong knowledge of current best practices in education, including curriculum design and assessment techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and children.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to adapt to changing educational landscapes.
