Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a key role in our Consumer Cards Product Management Team. As a vital member of this team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering initiatives that achieve great customer outcomes.

This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization, including Retail Distribution, Assurance, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and more. You will play a crucial part in shaping the future of consumer cards.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in product management, preferably in retail banking
  • Commercial acumen and expertise working closely with partners operations, risk, finance, and legal
  • Leadership skills in customer change delivery and programs
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with strong influencing and relationship building abilities

About the Role

As a Journey Expert, you will manage end-to-end product management for credit card products, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results. Your exceptional leadership skills will drive customer-centric initiatives and deliver outstanding outcomes.

You will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective strategies, resulting in significant revenue growth and enhanced customer satisfaction. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders will be instrumental in achieving our goals.
