Job Title: Operations Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing HR, technology, and office functions, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide high-level support to senior leadership and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in business administration or related discipline
- Strong administrative and planning skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in development and implementation of HR initiatives and processes
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products and other software programs
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and apply strong initiative
