About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Naval Architect to join our team and contribute their expertise to the delivery of engineering services for naval ships. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading design activities, including General Arrangement, Concept design, Weight Control, Stability, Seakeeping, Maneuvering and Ship Performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Naval Architecture and experience working on complex projects. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of engineering designs for naval ships
  • Provide expert technical guidance to junior engineers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain technical reports and documentation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Naval Architect
  • Proven experience in Naval Architecture
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
