As a Duty Manager, you will ensure every guest has an extraordinary experience. This role is more than a job — it's a unique opportunity to make a real difference in a supportive, community-driven environment.
- Lead with Impact: Oversee daily operations across our vibrant bars, bustling restaurants, and welcoming accommodation, ensuring every detail is perfect.
- Inspire Your Team: Motivate, mentor, and develop our passionate staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Elevate Guest Experiences: Be the go-to person for our guests, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and making sure every visit is memorable.
- Drive Success: Manage staffing, scheduling, and inventory, while keeping an eye on efficiency.
- Champion Safety and Compliance: Ensure we meet all health, safety, and licensing regulations, keeping our team and guests safe.
The following skills, behaviors, and qualifications are essential:
- Current Approved Manager License, RMLV, RSA, RSG and CLO (or willing to obtain)
- Experience managing teams in a hospitality environment
- Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills with excellent communication
- Availability to work hospitality hours
- Ability to manage conflict and remain calm under pressure
- Experience in high-volume food, bar, function, gaming, and retail environments
