Search Campaign Manager Job

We are seeking a skilled Digital Search Leader to manage our digital search campaigns across various paid media marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing digital campaigns, exceptional client relations skills, and a willingness to learn.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Manage campaigns from start to finish, including placement, testing, tracking, and reporting.
  • High Performance: Monitor and enable high performance by applying best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Thought Leadership: Participate in industry-wide thought leadership and contribute to client growth opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Stakeholder management, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Testing Framework: Lead and drive a robust testing framework for clients.
  • Forecasting: Forecast paid search media metrics against current performance and client objectives.
  • Client Expertise: Serve as an expert on the client's business, industry, competitors, key drivers, and environment.
  • Retention and Growth: Responsible for maximizing client retention and growth.
  • Expectation Management: Effectively manage client expectations and communicate status updates, resourcing changes, and deadlines.
  • Growth Opportunities: Provide expert insights on media-related matters and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage client meetings and daily work-in-progress updates. Manage a team of Performance Executives and Coordinators.
  • Leave Planning: Build goals and manage day plans for Executives and Coordinators. Ensure appropriate leave planning and set expectations internally and with the client.
  • Error Reduction: Work towards achieving zero errors or write-offs across Kinesso.

  • Microsoft Suite: Demonstrated experience on Microsoft Suite.
