Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our Therapy, Education and Support Services team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing evidence-based clinical services under the mentoring and guidance of highly trained and experienced Senior Clinicians.

You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver therapy services to children and adults with developmental delay and/or disability.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Speech Pathologist who is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical service delivery under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
  • Engage in and lead clinical work that is guided by evidence-based practice
  • Develop and communicate ideas for innovation and improvement
  • Recognise and support cultural, spiritual and neurodiversity of customers
  • Work collaboratively, with enthusiasm, recognising contributions from all members of the team
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor or Masters of Speech Pathology
  • Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Safety Screening including WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check
