Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to join our Therapy and Education Services team.

This is a full-time role based in Melton, Victoria. As a Speech Therapist with this organization, you will provide evidence-based clinical services under the mentoring and guidance of highly trained and experienced Senior Clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical service delivery under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
  • Engage in and lead clinical work that is guided by evidence-based practice
  • Develop and communicate innovative ideas for improvement
  • Recognise and support the cultural, spiritual, and neurodiversity of customers
  • Work collaboratively, recognising contributions from all members of the team
  • Participate in staff supervision processes
  • Support and mentor junior staff members
  • Participate in student placements
  • Be solution-focused, honest, and responsive to new directions and program requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Speech Pathology
  • Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Safety Screening including WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check
