Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for contacting customers who have expressed interest in home loans via our comparison platform.

Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with these customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the home loan application process. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing questions and concerns, and ensuring that all interactions are documented accurately in our CRM system.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be highly motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact customers who have expressed interest in home loans via our comparison platform
  • Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the home loan application process
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer queries and concerns
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated and results-driven individual
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
