Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Home Loan Service Consultant. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to customers via Live Chat, inbound calls, and other channels.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through our loan journeys, applications, and settlements. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of customer inquiries.

In this role, you will work closely with lenders, solicitors, valuers, and settlement agents to ensure a smooth loan settlement experience. You will also be responsible for monitoring and managing approval conditions, ensuring compliance with lender policies.
