Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Food & Beverage team. In this leadership role, you will play a key part in overseeing daily operations and driving service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing the smooth operation of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Lead and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Oversee reservations, guest seating, and service flow to optimise dining room efficiency.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintain presentation standards of the restaurant, ensuring all areas are clean and welcoming.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure consistent communication and smooth operations.
  • Support stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Organised, proactive, and confident in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • Understanding of rostering, stock management, and basic administrative tasks.
